What this site does with your data.

Not much. Below is exactly what is collected, why, and how to get rid of it — in the same plain words we use everywhere else.
What we collect.
Four things, and only four.
Your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write — by email or through a form on this site. A form arrives in our inbox as an ordinary email; the site itself stores nothing. We use it to answer you and to scope the work if it gets that far. You are not added to a mailing list, because we do not have one.
Our host records the IP address, time and path of each request, as every web server does, to keep the site up and to spot abuse. We do not read them routinely and we do not tie them to anything else.
Two, each holding a single choice. cdx_locale keeps the language you switched to, en or sr, so the site opens in it. cdx_consent keeps your answer to the analytics question, so we ask only once. Each lasts six months. Clear your browser cookies and both are gone.
If you accept, Google Analytics records which pages you view, where you came from, your approximate location, your device and browser, and whether you sent a form, copied our email address or opened a project we built. It keeps this under a random ID, in cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by our property ID. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and its advertising features are switched off. Decline, and Google Analytics never loads.
What this site does not do.
- No advertising, no tracking pixels, and no analytics unless you accept
- No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds until you choose — the only script from another domain is Google Analytics, and only after you accept. The bot check on the forms is our host's, served from this domain
- No profiling, no automated decisions about you, and nothing sold or shared for marketing
Who is responsible
Cokadex is the controller of the data described here. Write to cokadex.company@gmail.com with any question, including a request to see or delete what we hold. We reply in one working day.
How the language is chosen
Our host tells us which country a request comes from, worked out from your IP address. We use it once, on your first visit, to decide whether to open in English or Serbian. It is never stored, never logged, and never combined with anything else — and we never see your IP address ourselves. Use the EN / SR switch and your choice overrides it from then on.
Who else can see it
Vercel hosts the site, processes server logs and runs an invisible check when a form is sent, to tell people from bots — all on our behalf. Google receives email sent to our address, including messages sent through the forms on this site, because it is a Gmail account — and, only if you accept analytics, the usage data described above, through Google Analytics. Both are outside Serbia and the EU, and both are used under their standard data processing terms. Nobody else receives anything.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence for as long as we are talking, and for as long afterwards as tax and contract records require. Server logs for the short retention period our host applies. Analytics data for 14 months, after which Google deletes it. The language and consent cookies for six months, or until you clear them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to us holding it, and ask for a copy. Email us and we will do it. You can change your analytics answer at any time with Cookie settings, at the foot of the home page or of this page; declining deletes the Google Analytics cookies straight away. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not keep an archive of older versions, so if something here matters to you, keep a copy.
