What this site does with your data.

Last updated14 September 2026

Almost nothing. Below is exactly what is collected, why, and how to get rid of it — in the same plain words we use everywhere else.

What we collect.

Three things, and only three.

01 · When you email us

Your address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to scope the work if it gets that far. You are not added to a mailing list, because we do not have one.

02 · Server logs

Our host records the IP address, time and path of each request, as every web server does, to keep the site up and to spot abuse. We do not read them routinely and we do not tie them to anything else.

03 · One cookie

If you switch the language, your choice is stored in a cookie named cdx_locale for six months, so the site opens in the language you picked. It holds two letters, en or sr. Clear your browser cookies and it is gone.

What this site does not do.

  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising
  • No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds — the page loads nothing from any other domain
  • No profiling, no automated decisions about you, and nothing sold or shared for marketing

Who is responsible

Cokadex is the controller of the data described here. Write to cokadex.company@gmail.com with any question, including a request to see or delete what we hold. We reply in one working day.

How the language is chosen

Our host tells us which country a request comes from, worked out from your IP address. We use it once, on your first visit, to decide whether to open in English or Serbian. It is never stored, never logged, and never combined with anything else — and we never see your IP address ourselves. Use the EN / SR switch and your choice overrides it from then on.

Who else can see it

Vercel hosts the site and processes server logs on our behalf. Google receives email sent to our address, because it is a Gmail account. Both are outside Serbia and the EU, and both are used under their standard data processing terms. Nobody else receives anything.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence for as long as we are talking, and for as long afterwards as tax and contract records require. Server logs for the short retention period our host applies. The language cookie for six months, or until you clear it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to us holding it, and ask for a copy. Email us and we will do it. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not keep an archive of older versions, so if something here matters to you, keep a copy.
